Weddings, for us, is a time to capture those special memories, emotions and all of the details that you put into planning your special day.

The first step in booking Meadows Photography, LLC. for your wedding is looking through our portfolio to see other weddings we've had the pleasure of photographing. You can see our work is true to natural lighting, natural colors, and focuses on every detail so you can remember things the way they were years down the road. The second step is by checking our calendar to make sure we are available for your date. We book weddings at least 3 months in advance so we can keep our personal schedule clear for your day. Then our process leads you to meeting with us. We can do so over a cup of coffee or meet up at a park where you might like your photos taken. We will go over what you are looking for in a photographer, what your wedding will be like, and all of the little details that you have already planned out. We will discuss what our company can offer to you and the differences between our price packages. By discussing these things, we can be prepared and you will be relieved of some of the stress of your wedding knowing that we are there to make sure your memories are saved in our art. At your consultation, if you decide to go with our company, you will be asked to sign a wedding contract, model release, and make your down payment so we can mark your date off of our availability calendar.

We like to stand aside and capture all of the sweet moments from you visiting with your family, the care and love shared between you and your new partner in life, and the pure happiness of your wedding day. We pay attention to details and offer suggestions for amazing photographic shots. Something that we feel is very important is having you and your guests feel comfortable in front of the camera. We remain calm and friendly during the rush of going from one event of the day to the next.

We offer to go with you to a chosen location for group shots and more intimate photos of you and your new spouse...a local park with great natural flower arrangements is one of the most perfect locations. We can do traditional photos or an informal fun session with everyone  from the wedding party jumping, making faces, or even using props to add to the humor (provided by you).
