We are currently seeking applicants for Classes 2018-2022 for our Senior Squad Referral Program!

Requirements: As a representative to our company, you will be required to be clean cut, have a nice appearance, stylish, active in a school sport or club (including ROTC, Boy/Eagle Scouts and Girl Scouts). An active positive social media experience is preferred. Parental permission with a signed form is required.

​

Senior Squad member will receive referral cards as needed that are personalized with their professional photo by Meadows Photography, name and graduation year; Meadows Photography business cards, and pricing lists. 

​

Rewards: 20% off of your senior portrait session fee (not including prints) for being accepted into the program! Friends that are referred and have their Senior Squad Representative card receive 10% off of their session fee.

                  5 paid referrals = Free outdoor mini photo sessions quarterly throughout the current year and $25 Gift Card of your choice

                10 paid referrals = Free outdoor mini photo sessions quarterly throughout the current year; $50 Gift Card of your choice; $25 print                                                        package

                15 paid referrals = Free outdoor mini photo session quarterly throughout the current year; $75 Gift card of your choice; $50 print                                                          package

                20 paid referrals = Free outdoor mini photo session quarterly throughout the current year; $100 Gift Card of your choice; $75 print                                                        package

                50 paid referrals = Free outdoor mini photo session quarterly throughout the current year; Free Family Photo Session; $100 print                                                          package; $400 Gift Card of your choice

Free mini photo sessions and family photo session is in the form of a digital download or usb flash drive, prints not included. Referral rewards are rewarded at each level when the payment is received for the referred photography session.

 

Model Release: By joining our Senior Squad referral program, you are agreeing that you will only partcipate in Senior Portrait modeling for Meadows Photography, LLC. until your graduation date. You are granting Meadows Photography, LLC. the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any photographs that they have taken or may take of you or you with other Senior Squad members, to reuse, publish, and republish photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration.

Copyright: You, your friends and family, and your heirs are not permitted to change your Senior Squad Photos taken by Meadows Photography, LLC. in any way. This includes cropping, changing colors, adding or removing text or copyrights, or any other alterations. If this happens, you are forfeiting your contract with Meadows Photography, LLC. and will not receive any rewards for your referrals.
