Please schedule at least 2 weeks in advance for Family, Senior, and Portrait Sessions.

Please schedule at least 3 months in advance for Wedding Photography. 

If your session is outdoors please choose 2 dates...

The first being the scheduled session date and the second being the rain date.

 

Deposits and Payment Options

Your deposit schedules Meadows Photography, LLC. for your event and locks in the date

making us unavailable for other events.

Cash is the best way to pay for your photography session because you are able to pay it directly to us and not have to pay 5-10 business days in advance of your session.

We do accept all Credit Cards at an added processing fee of

2.75% in-person swipe or by a manual-entry of your information at 3.5% + 15 cents.

This processing fee is the amount we are charged by the provider and is non-refundable.

Credit card payments must be received 7 business days before your session to allow time to be processed and deposited into our account.

This service is provided by SquareOne.

This includes (but is not limited to)

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Prepaid (as long as they are registered under your name with your address and correct zip code) and Debit Cards with

a magstripe or chip card. 

We do accept personal checks under the following conditions:

For a Family, Senior or Portrait Session the full price of the session must be paid and cleared through our bank before the date of your session which takes 5-10 business days.

For Wedding packages the normal deposit may be paid with a personal check but the remaining balance must be paid when we arrive at your wedding location by cash, unless you pay the full balance prior to your wedding to allow the check/credit card payment to clear.

Please understand that it may take 7-10 business days for your personal check to be processed through our bank.

A $75 non-refundable deposit is due at booking for Family, Senior and Portrait Sessions.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at booking at least 3 months before your wedding date.

The remaining cash balance is due upon our arrival at your session or wedding.

A 48 hour notice is required if you need to reschedule.

You may reschedule 1 time, if you are unable to make the rescheduled session 

the session is cancelled and all money paid towards your session is non-refundable.

Money paid towards your photography package is refunded in full if we cannot make the photography session due to an emergency.

Packages do not include travel expenses outside of a 30 mile radius of Dayton, Ohio.

Creative Rights

All photos by Meadows Photography, LLC. are released to the client after the editing process.

Meadows Photography, LLC. does not release any image in it's .raw format.

Under no circumstances may the photos be altered by the client. This includes adding text, shading, tint, or other alterations without prior written and notarized consent by Meadows Photography, LLC. If the photos are posted to social media they are required to have credit given to Meadows Photography, LLC.
